Sequence of images from the last solar eclipse visible across Spain. The event took place between 11:00 a.m. and approximately 35 minutes later, reaching a maximum obscuration of around 24%, as observed from the Sabadell Astronomical Association, north of Barcelona.
The photographs were captured with a Nikon camera attached to a telescope, bringing together some of the most striking moments of the event. Despite the strong winds, which made observation more difficult, it was possible to enjoy this celestial spectacle, which next year will be total across much of Spain and northern Portugal.
